3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Full Refund Conditions:
You are eligible for a full refund of the monthly service fee if:
You request the refund before the last day of the month in which the service was rendered
The request is made for the current month's subscription only
You provide a valid reason for the refund request

If you paid $1,000 for services in March and we completed all work during that month, you can still receive a full refund if you request it before March 31st.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds are NOT available in the following circumstances:
Requests made after the last day of the service month
Services provided in previous months (beyond the current month)
Partial month refunds (refunds are only provided for complete monthly subscriptions)
Services already delivered and accepted by the customer after the month has ended

Custom work, rush orders, or services that required significant resource allocation may have different refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of service agreement.
5. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

Submit the request before the last day of the applicable service month

6. REFUND PROCESSING
6.1 Processing Time:
Refund requests will be reviewed within 2-3 business days
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
6.2 Processing Method:
Refunds will be processed through our payment processor WayForPay unless agreed otherwise
You will receive confirmation when the refund has been initiated
Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
6.3 Currency:
Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment.
7. PARTIAL REFUNDS

We offer partial refunds for monthly subscriptions under the same conditions as full refunds.

You may cancel future monthly subscriptions at any time
Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the current month
Current month services will continue until the end of the billing period
